Replace the failed thermistor

After implementing emergency measures, promptly procure and replace the failed thermistor.

 

During the replacement process, ensure that the model and specifications of the new thermistor match those of the original to ensure its normal operation.

 

Change the working environment

Analyze the reasons for thermistor failure. If it is due to adverse working conditions, change to a suitable working environment to ensure the thermistor functions effectively.

 

For example, reduce temperature, humidity, and prevent chemical corrosion to extend the service life of the thermistor.

 

Improve circuit design

Inspect the device's circuit design to ensure that voltage, current, and other parameters are within the thermistor's tolerance range.

 

If there are flaws in the circuit design, promptly make improvements to prevent similar issues from recurring.

 

Strengthen maintenance and inspection

Regularly maintain and inspect thermistors, including cleaning and securing connections, to ensure they are in good working condition and guarantee the normal operation of electronic equipment.
